The accommodation had a central location to the Venetian Fort in Heraklion. The staff was best and excellent and the owner too. We booked studio suite for 4 nights and had a really great stay.

The view from the apartment was stunning and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a great menu with delicious homemade pizza. The location was perfect, with a peaceful and relaxing pool area.

The rooms were quite small and the décor was outdated. The bathroom was cramped and difficult to maneuver in.

Fantastic experience there. Amazing hotel in a calm area right by many restaurants and tavernas, and bars. Affable staff in the whole property. Good and stunning location, easy walk to everywhere. Reasonably priced food in the outdoor restaurant in the vicinity.

The value for money at Ariadni Palace was excellent, especially considering the beautiful sea view from the terrace. The location was nice, although a bit of a walk downhill to get to the beach, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast menu could have been better, with more variety or options available.

It was in the best possible and exceptionally nice location with a natural history museum nearby. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby

The aparthotel had a cool pool and we spent hours having splash battles and showing off our cool dive moves. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the buzzing nightlife in Hersonissos. We even took a wild party boat ride and danced until sunrise at Star Beach Club! It was the best vacation with my friends ever!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be a poolside bar. It would have been awesome to have some refreshing drinks and snacks while hanging out by the pool.

We recently stayed at Ariadni Palace for our holiday in Hersonissos, Crete. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the family made us feel at home. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the sea from our room's terrace. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing, especially the moussaka that my wife couldn't get enough of. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our happiness throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in a prime location. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely terrace overlooking the sea and street. The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home. great value for money and a perfect base for exploring the area.

The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a short walk to the beach.

Stayed with amazing, friendly Greek family. Personal touch and warm service. Best cheeseburgers in town. Great location and terrace overlooking the sea. Lovely staff and nice swimming pool. Quiet yet close to restaurants and supermarket. Basic but functional self-catering equipment. Reasonably priced on-site restaurant
